I recently purchased a second 1080p monitor. I used to play and record my games on a 1600x900 monitor, and never ran into any problems. Now that I've hooked this new one up, OBS doesn't record the whole screen and there are black borders on the bottom and right. I've adjusted my settings to record in a 1920x1080 format. Here are some images to show you what I mean:
EDIT: I should note that this is a screenshot of my dual monitors. Left being 1600x900 right being 1920x1080.

EDIT: I know that you can Edit Scene to fix the black borders, I just don't know if that is the proper fix. Still need help with the not recording all of my screen issue.
