Question / Help OBS is taking too long to encode.

hi. im trying to record dead space but every time i try too it says its taking too long to encode. here are my settings.

my video adapter is AMD Radeon(TM) HD 6520G

upload speed is 1.09 MBPS

max bitrate/buffer size 1024

base resolution 1024x600

x264 CPU Preset veryfast

encoding profile main

custom x264 encoder settings vbv-maxrate=1024 vbv-buffersize=1024

can someone tell me whats wrong?
