Question / Help OBS Is Frozen As Soon As I Click Stream/Preview

As soon as I click stream or preview It stays frozen and I can't click a new scene or anything.
This is the first time is has happened.
I don't want to reinstall because I have a lot of sources with links to Follower Count/Alert/Donations and It will take me ages to get it all back.

I use Twitch to stream.

Please help!

Worked thanks! I don't understand why It did that though, I've used the setting for about 2 weeks now, Why all of the sudden has it happened now?
