looks like your settings are to high and to much CPU usage with your encode. post your log file

I dont mean to be negative but your PC doesnt look like it's up to the task. It's almost 9 years old and you're trying to record at 900p at 30fps
Comparing that to people with much newer PC's who are probably streaming at 720p.

I think you need an upgrade

Yeah i will upgrade my processor as soon as possible thank you , but any settings for me ? :(

When i'm trying to low the resolution it's working a lil bit better but idk

Here's my log , you can specify me the right settings for obs please ?

Downscale to 600p or 450p no higher. 30fps is fine. Encoder profile on normal (not high), key frame interval at 2 (not auto) bitrate/buffer 2000 for 600p or 1500 for 450p. Turn off CFR
