Question / Help OBS is croping the screen in Monitor Capture

So I have been using OBS for a while now and haven't had this issue. I even used the monitor capture yesterday and it worked fine. But today even previewing the stream the monitor capture only takes the top left corner and cuts out the rest of the screen.

Did you try resetting the size of the monitor capture to full?
Did you try removing and re-adding the monitor capture?

how do i disable dpi scaling? I tried searching for it in the search bar but nothing showed up.
