Question / Help OBS is choppy and makes the game lag

Here are my PC specs:

CPU: Intel i7 4790K
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 970
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro - 64 Bit

Also, in the log you will noticed I attempted to fix the problem by changing the bitrate, buffer rate and Encoder. I read on a pinned thread that OBS is not tested much on Windows 10 so I changed the encoder back to x264 as it also states NVENC and Quicksync doess not work well either

Use ultrafast preset.
