I can't seem to run OBS on my Windows 10. It requires some stuff from DirectX or soemthing and when I try to install them they say there is an internal system error that has occurred. I can't seem to understand why it doesn't work and requires stuff from DirectX 9.0c when I use Direct X 11 or + I can't remember and I can't install it

I have Windows 7 Pro x64, but can't install OBS (OBS_0_655b) too.
DxDiag shows the version of DX 11, not 9.
Maybe that's the case?

OBS Doesn't require stuff from directx9, it requires stuff from directx10
