OBS (idle + NOT streaming) causing Network to drop

Hello. I'm running OBS 29.1.3 and for some reason when I have the program open, just idle, no browser sources or anything, my network just shits itself. No webpage loads. As soon as I close OBS my network immediately comes good and things load quick. Just not sure what's going on here. Has been an issue occurring on and off for the last couple months.

For some more context I don't use this OBS for streaming. Just for 3 scenes, 2 cameras. Each camera has a Spout filter that sends the video feed to another program. But even deleting the spout sources the issue still persists.

Anyone else experience this?

If you create a new profile and scene collection with no scenes does it still happen

You know what, I do have 2 other collections, and it doesn't do it on the others. I will rebuild this on another collection and see if it happens - or at least catch what it is along the way. Thanks for pointing that out
