Question / Help OBS Help please

So I am new to OBS. I found out about it few weeks ago and I went ahead and tried it. I copyed all the settings for my PC from YouTube or as my friend recommended me to do so...I made an overlay and stuff and tried to stream but then the error happend. (I hope you can see it on the picture). As I understand it says that my PC/Graphics Card doesn't support DirectX 10? And from the other picture (I also hope you can see it) It says that I have DirectX 10 installed? So is there any solutions to fix this problem cuz I really want to stream and everyone says OBS is the best streaming software out there.

I don't think that is possible since I bought that computer (it was meant to be type of graphics computer to do Photoshop in and stuff) few months ago? And also does only OBS needs DirectX 10 or the other streaming softwares also do?
