Bug Report OBS has no support for DirectX 9Ex

Im running on a older laptop just to stream from my pvr to play from my console, i get to the scene settings, i can modify settings, set up my stream.
But as soon as i click Start Recording, or Start Streaming
I recieve this error

but with all tries, i was not able to stream even on XSplit or FFSplit i was not able to

Can you please realese a working Direct X 9 version in 0.652b or whatever number

This is not a bug, OBS requires a DX10 capable GPU as part of its minimum requirements.

Or can you add OpenGL versions to OBS please

Because i want to stream but my computer is too lame

OpenGL is supported in OBS-MP.

I got OBS-MP 0.10.0 and it still wants to run in the D3D11 engine
can i change the settings to OpenGL
it also gave me 2 crash reports you can look over
