OBS GPU Problem

Hello i have a problem while recording game from OBS. I put GPU to be primary for record but i have lag in recording capture. But i put a CPU to be primary for recording i dont have lag anytime and capture is fluid.
How i fix that?

My PC specs
3060 12gb
Ryzen 5 3600
16gb RAM

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

For recording it's adviced to use CQP instead of CBR.
Please consider using CQP, setting CQ to a level between 23 and 15 (lower is better quality)

And don't use custom muxer settings unless you know what you're doing.

I resolved problem.. i have lag in obs bcs i play game in window borderland mod bcs i have two monitors, but when i put game in fullscreen work perfectly.
i play in window borderlends bcs when i want cursor to move on second monitor my game is minimized.
