Question / Help OBS gets no capture care video or audio but RECentral does, why?

Hey everybody,
exactly as the title says. I was considering just running RECentral and capturing that window to stream but I'd rather fix the issue. I have tried all that I know. I have streamed in the past, but I am still pretty new to it. Would greatly appreciate the help.
