Question / Help OBS Game Sound not registering

I downloaded OBS yesterday, I get sound for my mic when streaming (people can hear me talking) but not ingame or music. Everything is set to default. Only thing I messed with was encoding, advance. I would greatly appreciate any help with this because this program is great.

PC Specs:
z87 Asus Motherboard
760 invidia graphics card
16gb ramm
1tb hard drive
250gb SSD
Headphones: Plantronics 760
