OBS Game Capture Rendering Issue

To all admins and the overall support team,
A great thanks for maintaining this great software, truly a masterpiece of its kind. I come here on behalf of a friend of mine who witnessed a strange yet seemingly minor problem. We are using OBS to record a minecraft video using the game capture function in OBS. However upon completion of the video when we stop the recording to check the video, its all blank. Happens after every OBS video made this way.
Now i assumed that the problem was because well OBS for some reason cant pick the game up, But then i realized that in the black screened video the game sounds were audible. The video was somewhat intact but the black screen remained. I would like your opinion on this matter, Thanks a lot!

Your friend should use the studio mode so he can see what's happening in the output. After getting all working he can change again to normal mode.

Right then, the idea you mentioned did not work. But out of curiousity i told my friend to reset settings to default in order to check if its fine and somehow it worked, No idea of the cause of the error but hey it works so im fine~
