Question / Help OBS Game Capture no longer capturing Terraria

It worked fine earlier today. The only thing that is different about my computer is that I updated my nvidia drivers. I looked through the settings on the geforce experience panel and didn't see anything that would affect me streaming.

All I get is a black screen. However, if I put my cursor on the edge of the Terraria window to resize it, you can see the cursor in OBS.

It's because you're on a laptop and when you installed the new drivers I'm guessing that your adapter settings got reset in the nvidia control panel. Go back in to the nvidia control panel and verify that it's set to the nvidia.

Yep, that was it. I made sure that Terraria itself using the GPU over the CPU, but globally it was set to auto-detect. Thanks a ton!
