Question / Help OBS Frequent 10 Second Disconnect

My friend has been streaming, but every so often, whether it be every half an hour or an hour, OBS will disconnect from Twitch, but will automatically reconnect, but we can't find any valid reason for the disconnects. Her PC is more than capable of streaming, and her internet connection is solid, it doesn't go down during those disconnects, as she is still able to talk to people through the chat, and has had muted streams running in the background before, and they continue regardless.

Here is her speedtest to London, where her closest Twitch server is located:

The stream log is here:

And is also attached.

As you can see, each disconnect is for less than 15 seconds, but there is no interruption with her connection during that time.

Any chance of some help? It only seemed to start about a month or so ago, after OBS updated. Prior to that, there were zero issues.

I would look at this help thread https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/

It seems that there's a stop sending at around 5000ms wait. "
RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Received FD_CLOSE, 4840 ms since last send"

Hopefully that helps! I've used JTVPING to find other servers as well if you wanted to check it out.

Oh! You may want to try Game capture instead of Monitor capture if possible, it'll be less of a strain :)

She never uses Monitor Capture, only Game or Window Capture.

Any idea why it would stop sending though? Her OBS and stream is fine with zero lag or lost frames, and then it just stops like that.
