Question / Help OBS "Freezing" ?

Hi there,
OBS has worked fine for me up until earlier today and I had used it for 5~ days for streaming and all was going good I started it up earlier, about 6hours ago, and its not been working since :/ I've looked a little through google and tried some different things but no luck if you can help I'd be grateful

i don't usually like to bump threads, but i noticed mine got sent like 4 pages back and it's been 2 days :p just wondering if anyone has any idea thanks
 
Why did you change your preset to slow when you have an APU? Put it back to veryfast, or ideally super / ultra for such a weak CPU.

I changed it after the issue started to happen to see if it would change anything after reading a guide online. I changed it to Ultra and it appears to fixed o.O Thank you very much for your help
