So about 2 weeks ago I posted on here wondering if I could stream with a 0.5 upload speed and found out I couldn't. I could stream using OBS at about 300 bitrate. I have recently upgraded my internet and have a 80down 10up and I tryed to stream with Obs (Exact same settings except bitrate is 2000) and after about 5 seconds my whole PC freezes and I have to hard restart it. Any help would be appreciated I know my computer can run it.

I can't really help, being an inexperienced user, but I can tell you that the first thing a mod or dev will ask you for is a log. Post one so they can look at what's wrong and if you don't know how, click help in the OBS software and there should be logs as a selection. Find the log that saved while you did your last test stream and either analyze it or (to post it) open as a .txt and copy it and paste it here or save it as a .txt on the desktop and attach it.
