Question / Help OBS freezes

OBS freezes up with in two seconds of me previewing stream. I am trying to edit for I can start live streaming. It wont show me what I'm doing the the scene or what is on it besides stuff I already tried to put on it from the last time I opened it up. I have tried everything to fix this and I think I'm missing something. So please help in need.

I think I did it right I'm not 100% sure sorry man I have never used the threds before cause I have never had a problem out of them
