Question / Help OBS freezes while recording at home, but not at school.

While using OBS my picture will freeze but sound will continue. I use OBS a lot at school for streaming and recording and it never freezes. However, as soon as I come home the picture freezes but audio continues while using OBS even though I have the exact same settings. Here is my log:

If it helps, my internet speed at home (allegedly, according to ISP) is 50 down 40 up. I seem to get that.

I suspect you cannot stream at a 10000 bitrate from home (and the max recommended is 3500)

Those are only recording settings, my streaming bitrate is 1250

Same exact laptop, I've tried adjusting so many things and it ALWAYS freezes. No idea why, but as soon as I am back at school it is perfectly fine.

Ok, I made new profiles, with the exact same settings and that seemed to fix everything.
