OBS freezes when trying to add a video capture device

Hello everyone. I have such a situation. When I want to add a video capture device to OBS, then OBS freezes completely. In other applications, the camera works perfectly and sometimes I manage to launch the camera in OBS. But most often the program freezes. Help please..
Windows 10 pro system, if this information helps..
