Question / Help OBS Freezes for a few seconds in recording

I tried recording ROBLOX today, and when I played back the footage I noticed the video was freezing for a few seconds, then playing again. It appears to be smooth when I am recording, but in the footage it doesn't appear smooth. How do I fix this?

What part of it is too weak? Ram, CPU, GPU?

So, is there a lighter program that I can use to record instead?
