Question / Help Obs Freezes (Audio Continues)

I don't know what to do, because I just started using obs.

Whenever I try to record minecraft to test, it freezes, then continues, but the audio will keep going. I probably have my settings too high, but I have no idea how to fix it.

Heres a log, I guess. I'm confused.

Try downscaling and set your FPS to 30.

Didn't work. This was the result.

As for downscaling, I don''t know how to do that or what that is (new to obs). If you could post more help, that would be great!

Settings > Video Settings > Resolution Downscale
