Question / Help OBS freezes and stream shuts down when I type.

From time to time OBS freezes when i either type in the chat or in game, I have no clue why. Anyone has any idea why this is happening? I have to manually start the stream again when it happens. I have not created any hotkeys so I do not think that's the issue.

Two of the logs are incomplete (created when you started the program but didn't stream/preview/record. The 2014-09-17 12:01:43 log it says you initiated the disconnection each time.

Well the weird thing is that I did not initiate the disconnections. When I type in game OBS loads for a bit and then the stream disconnects, after that I have to manuellt start the stream again. This happens every 5 minutes at least

You could try creating start/stop stream hotkeys that are out of the way (such as numpad 8 and 9, like I use) and see if it still happens... if it still happens you could delete your OBS settings in appdata/roaming/OBS (just remove the whole folder and re-launch the program) and it should uhh "reset to factory defaults" so to speak. It might fix your problem.
