Question / Help OBS Freezes after a few seconds of recording

I start recording Minecraft and after around 10 seconds it freezes but the audio continues recording

Yes I have restarted my PC.
All my settings are default
I have updated and reinstalled 3 different builds.

Nothing worked. :) OBS Used to work btw.

Your CPU is too weak to use the settings you are trying to use, hence the large number of duplicated frames. You need to lower your FPS or resolution so you don't overload your CPU.
