OBS Frames missed / AVG Render time oddly high

Good news on the server performance. Hopefully something shakes out suitable for Dad's build at a reasonable price.

Capture card running on PCI-e, unfortunately, I don't think there's anyway around that not happening.
 
Honestly considering getting one of the newer Elgato HD60X's or Avermedia capturecards, cause this PCIE card is just causing me headaches at this rate.

It seems to be causing me audio issues along with my GoXLR, but that could be a USB port limitation.
