Question / Help OBS Frame Drops

I'm just trying to record some Overwatch, but my frames keep dropping? The game is running perfectly fine, but frames drop from 60 to 49ish. Please help, I've tried many things already.

I've been there, done everything it says, and that doesn't help at all.

Anything you do at 1440p has problems downloading the frames from the video card.
What PCI-E is your card running in?
