Question / Help OBS frame drop after Driver Update and Downgrade

Hey everyone, yesterday I accidently updated my driver to my Graphic card R9 Radeon 200 series. Usually I would record with 25000 as Max Bitrate. And it would run smoothly and no problems at all. However, after I updated my driver it would make my game drop to 20 FPS after being on 140 without recording.

I have tried putting the Max Bitrate down to 5000 but there is no difference with the frame drops at all.
I then understood that I had to downgrade my driver. So I did, and it's still not working? Do you think it's OBS?

But don't you find it a bit weird? Since it worked before? I will try out the solution you gave me. If that doesn't work, then I'll be back.
