Alright, new fan is installed, Max temp while streaming and gaming is only average 56, but OBS still says FPS is below 30, Should i just do a fresh install of OBS?

Sorry about that, here's a longer timed stream file after retarting obs
https://gist.github.com/ecf2464d80a6366a7efb
Much better duplicated frames:
Code:
14:46:50: Total frames encoded: 31096, total frames duplicated: 1736 (5.58%)
14:46:50: Total frames rendered: 29831, number of late frames: 1133 (3.80%)

but still not perfect. you could attempt to update BIOS and chipset drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's website. update network card and audio while you are at it. make sure they are windows 10 drivers as well as only use the ones from that site.

restart PC after this.

After some observation, i found that it mostly only drops when a game is loading textures/landscape, if that helps at all. I'll figure out how to update all of that though

The update didn't help. I installed OBS studio to fiddle around with and it seems the problem is still there, but there's no fps counter on studio

It looks like it's fixed now, but i have another problem, my stream is very blurry while moving in game, i'll make another thread, thank you for your time

no need to make a new thread just post a new logfile here and I'll take a look.

You've been a tremendous help, the pixelated video was from the superfast CPU preset, and my new fan doesn't allow my CPU to overheat which makes OBS smooth. Thank you very much.
