Question / Help OBS FPS issues with Windows 10?

Hi, has Windows 10 and OBS not been configured properly yet, because when I stream on Windows 10, I have to minimize OBS, otherwise the FPS spike from about 10-60fps...

I haven't tried minimizing OBS, but I also have FPS issues. I made the switch to OBS Multi in hopes of resolving the issue. OBS multi performs a little better for me. I'm hoping I can figure out what's causing the slowdown. I'm guessing Windows 10 video drivers?

Yes, if you minimize it the FPS acts like normal, but if I have the window up then the FPS spikes crazily...
