OBS FPS Drops but in game stays the same. So basically I can play at full 60 in game but for some reason OBS seems to drop from 60 down to 30 and fluctuates from 30 to 10ish. Any idea of why this happens, when I am on the desktop I get full 60 no problem though.
You're using a particularly ancient build. I might have to ask you to use 0.591b instead. In te logs however it says you're using monitor capture on windows 7, which is not recommended. Especially with aero on, which will limit its FPS to about 20.
