So i found out that my obs is forcing to use NVENC when i just need x264. however if i change Settings>Output>Output mode>Simple

Then its not forcing it any ide how to turn off this forcing stuff? (my GPU is low-end so it cant use NVENC)
(Changed to advanced mode and its cant find "jim_nvenc" but i dont need it and i go into setting and i press x264 encoder and it say its on x264 encoder but not)
13:47:04.837: Encoder ID 'jim_nvenc' not found
13:47:04.854: Settings changed (outputs)
13:47:04.854: ------------------------------------------------

(Here i changed it to simple mode and its doesn't even care about NVENC so if i try to start stream i can but if i try to start stream in advanced its just fails)
13:49:18.876: Settings changed (outputs)
13:49:18.876: ------------------------------------------------

Do the following in this order:
1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to 20H2/09 if available per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. To ensure that OBS Studio has the hardware resources it needs for realtime streaming and recording, we recommend disabling the "Game DVR Background Recording" feature via these instructions.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".

If still having issues after those changes, post new log and some screenshots.
