OBS for android & a metronome for OBS

Hello !

I have two questions.

1. is there any similar program / App that works like OBS for android ?

i.e I should be able to connect two cameras, microphones, e.t.c


2. For windows OBS, is there any metronome plugin available ?

I have seen some post regarding this, but couldn't understand the reply given.

Can anyone please shed some light ?
