Obs file is 58gb but says its only .005 seconds

I was recording a video for 4h (yes I know I should have ended and saved in 30-minute intervals) and when I was done I logged off without ending the recording. But before it force logged off I said cancel so obs was still open but no longer recording. The video file is in flv format but it still doesn't work. As the title says the file is 58 GB, but its only .005 seconds. idk what to do

Does anyone have and idea what to so to either fix this or if the recording is lost forever.

This is strange, when I open it in VLC it plays but I cant skip forwards because if I try it goes back to the start, and it says that there is 00:00 seconds but it still plays
