Ok, so I was trying to live stream Fallout 3 and OBS was working fine with the game, but the game kept freezing. So I learned of a .dll file that is suppose to help you be able to run fallout 3 on Windows 7. I downloaded it and installed it and now the game is working well (so far). However, now OBS is not picking up the game.
Fallout 3 shows up under Game capture properties, but even if I refresh it I still get a black screen now. Does OBS have a problem with the .dll file I put into my fallout 3 game folder?
