Bug Report OBS failed to connect to server

I could not start stream and after few minutes I get an error saying "failed to connect to server" or something like that.

What internet security software do you have installed?

I've Avira. And I just realised it works when I tried youtube stream. This happened with facebook live.

Then the problem is most likely facebook
