Question / Help OBS Exe. Poof Gone

I woke up to find my OBS desktop icon gone. An error popped up, I don't remember what it was sorry. I have since tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS a couple of times since this happened.

I can get everything installed except the exe. file itself. I can't seem to do anything to get OBS to launch.

Any advise?
