I arranged my kb/upload limit as 1500kb/s but when I do streams it's get higher like 3500-4000kb and eventually streams looks freezing but it's not actually. Viewers steall can hear my voice and stuff but they only see the game as stucked and when they say me game has stucked, I'm looking at upload box and it's 3500-4000kb. I don't know what's wrong please help me, thanks.
