Question / Help OBS Error

Hi when i click preview or start stream i get this error it says

Could not initialize DirectX 10 on Intel(R) HD Graphics.

Can someone please help me? thanks

What he's trying to say is that your computer Isn't good enough in terms of computer power, you need to buy a better CPU/graphic card because the people who made it have not intended for it to be used on.

What is DirectX?: The Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime provides updates to 9.0c and previous versions of DirectX — the core Windows® technology that drives high-speed multimedia and games on the PC.

I looked into how to get a newer version of DirectX, but Window's states the following, "DirectX 11.2 is included in Windows 8.1, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 R2.
Note There is no standalone update package for DirectX 11.2. You can only install this DirectX version through Windows Update
(http://update.microsoft.com)
in Windows 8.1, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 R2." So that means your computer should already have the newest one.

So, in conclusion this means that it is not DirectX that's causing your problem, it is just your terrible computer, get an upgrade.
