So I just got my HD60 tonight, and started to preview it in OBS. At first it runs fine, but shortly later it tells me OBS is running to high CPU, I might want to change my encoding speed. I originally had it had 1500, and lowered it to 1000, still get the same response. When I looked at my CPU usage, it was OBS @ 98%!

Does anyone have recommendations on settings for things to look nice and run smooth?

Yeah, that's an ultra low-voltage mobile CPU, that won't get you anywhere near a good high-res stream.

You can try to massively downscale like 2.0 or even higher. with FPS of 20-25.

I'm starting to think my computer just can't handle it. I have an Asus Q501L - Windows 8.1 - Intel Core i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60 GHz 2.30 GHz - 8 GB Ram

This was my latest try which I switch some settings, but then audio started to cut out - https://gist.github.com/a0201db037f56593412c

Here is the original try - https://gist.github.com/85fb78e10df7f890cc17
Yea, look, the Game Capture software with the HD60 already recommends a quad core, just for recording! with your CPU I would never attempt streaming.
