I know there's dozens of threads dealing with the Elgato integration, but I've been getting audio desync even with buffering turned on. It's fine at first and gets worse as the stream keeps going, up to over a second long desync after about 40 minutes of streaming. During my last stream I also noticed my audio crackling like static noise during combat sequences in Kingdom Hearts 2.

I'd appreciate some help with this. I can supply my OBS settings as well if needed. Thanks for your time.
(For reference, I am not using the Elgato HD60. It's the old Game Capture HD.)
EDIT: I forgot to mention. Whenever I enter the configuration settings for the Elgato in OBS, my volume level for OBS gets reset to a rather low level, meaning whatever audio is being sent through is very quiet on stream. It doesn't affect my microphone, but it affects the Elgato's audio level and any music I had playing. Thanks again.
