OBS, Elgato Capture, Zoom | These programs will open in the Background, But I can't seem them

Exactly as the title says. I'm out of ideas and googling and hoping someone can help me. I can get OBS to launch when the computer is turning on, but after that... nothing. It's running in the background, but I can't see anything. Any ideas?

I've attach a recent log file and I ran it through the analyzer to no avail...
