Hello,
I've read a few posts about this and cannot see any other suggestions but to disable dynamic bitrate (which is already disabled). But I'm looking for a solution for this.
The problem is that randomly OBS will drop to 0kb/s (broadcast icon is still green) and says it is trying to reconnect but hands there. Clicking 'Stop Streaming' button seems to work, but I cannot then click 'Start Streaming' (the button seems to click, but it does not). The only option is to close OBS down and reopen.
This is NOT an issue with bandwidth nor resource, OBS is being run on a server within a datacentre and has ample resource and bandwidth to run, other instances are running and do not do this (at the same time), so neither of these are the cause. (Just to rule that out).
The version running is 28.0.0
Thanks in advance for any ideas on how to solve.
