Question / Help OBS Dropping Mad Frames.

So Whenever i try to stream anything on OBS at all i drop frames. My friends told me to drop to like 400 bitrate to see if that fixes it and i still drop frames. Someone please help me. I changed server to Chicago from Edmonton, Ab cause that had the lowest ping for me. I ran speed tests to Chicago and still have 3+ Mbps as upload

Ran ShaperProbe and seems like there is no problems.

I'm glad you ran shaperprobe, it usually gives more accurate results than most. Seems like you should be able to handle 2500kb/s at least, though it would depend on the server. Could we see an OBS log file with that?
