Question / Help OBS Dropping Frames

I want to stream League Of Legends but my obs is dropping frames.. Those are my pc specs..

GPU: GeForce GT440
CPU: Intel (R) Pentium (R) CPU G620 @ 2.60GHz
2.00 GB OF RAM (I know my ram isnt too much)

My UP Internet Speed is 14.15 ,and my Download speed is 29.9mbps

Either the server is an unideal server for you (try changing servers), or your internet connection is just unstable. Seems like you should have enough bandwidth, but high stability doesn't always come with high bandwidth. See viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870 if you would like more in-depth information on this.

The rule of thumb would be to choose a server that is geographically near to you, but for you, I recommend you try them all until you find one that works. If none of them work, then lower your bit rate.
