OBS dropping frames Problem

Ok so I made a video to premier on Saturday and I wanted to livestream 3 times (today, tomorrow and on Saturday) however Whenever I livestream I keep losing frames and I don't wanna say the word but it's made me very angry.
I tried livestreaming 3 TIMES 3 TIMES
and it kept doing this

If you are dropping frames, it is ALWAYS a network problem.
