Question / Help OBS Dropping Frames Like Crazy - Used to not do this

So I used to stream regularly and never had a problem with my stream. But now that I started streaming again, I cant even stream at all, as it will start off fine and then will start dropping frames and will go down to like 0kbs in that bottom right corner. The only thing I changed was I upgraded my internet to 45 down 6 up, but its the same provider. Anyways my last logs are below.

I would appreciate if someone would read this log, give me my best optimal settings, and also a fix to this problem.

Below are the troubleshooting steps that I have done before making this post and none have fixed the issue.

I have dropped my encoding to 1500 (I used to be able to run 1800 no problem.)
I have changed twitch servers
I have reset my internet and computer, as well as the game and steam.
I turned on minimize network impact

Initially it seems your connection is stalling out, then recieves an FD_CLOSE which is usually a firewall or some sort protection from a firewall, etc.

I see you are usings wireless to connect to your router. try a wired connection to see if you get the same result. Wireless connections are finicky.

Usually people overclock their FX8 series but it seems to be doing decent for your frame rate and resolution for now. I would consider possibly overclocking in the future if you have a way to keep temps down.

Scene buffering needs to be minimum of 700ms.
 
Thank you for the reply, I changed the buffering and I allowed OBS through my firewall. I did a short test stream and it seemed to have fixed the problem but I won't know for sure until I do a longer stream. I will update it with the next log if it happens again.

Overclocking unfortunely is not going to work on my set up, I already have overheating problems.

Streaming over wired would be the best thing you could do for your stream as well.
