Title says it all. I stream Halo on Xbox One and even when I lower the bitrate to lets say...800 it still drops frames? Kind of annoying and very...VERY frustrating. I'm looking to stream in HD gameplay 60 FPS of course, want to know if this is possible with all my specs and how I could achieve my goal.
