OBS Dropped Frames, low cpu and good internet

Hello!

I had no idea where to start but randomly I started getting random dropped frames while streaming. I've been streaming a whole year and didn't have these problems previously.

I usually stream Batman Arkham. My PC is wired in with an Ethernet coord, my CPU is almost always at 1 - 5% and my GPU is between 20% - 30%

I use a plug-in called Aitum Multistream to stream to Twitch and YouTube, but for this particular incident, I didn't multistream to try to prevent this.

I also use streamer bot, Stream Elements, warudo. and voicemod.

Any advice would be appreciated, I really don't know where to start.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. Your log contains a streaming session with 7.7% with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, but OBS can help. You don't have enough stable bandwidth to consistently stream at 12,000 Kbps + 160 for audio. Before you start streaming go to Settings > Advanced > Network > enable Dynamically change bitrate... [Apply], [OK].

If still having issues, then you need to limit the Maximum streaming bandwidth and/or video tracks. If still having issues, follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. If still having issues, provide a new log.
