Question / Help OBS dropped frames ingame

Hi, Ive got some issues when streaming with OBS. When i am in game my OBS fps i flipping between 5-60 all the time. but when i tab out its steady at 60 fps. but when i changed to window capture instead its steady 60 fps both ingame and tabbed out. Why is this happening? Ive tryed to change EVERY single options to diffrent and nothing helps

3k bitrate downscaled to 720p 60fps bilinear filter.
Procespriority high x264 veryfast and codeprofile main

i got a i5-3570k, nvidia gtx750ti gpu

Does the problem persist if you use OBS Studio?

i tested studio but ive never used it before so i dont know what settings to change or anything

what settings would you recomend on stuido? my upload speed is 70-80 mbs

If you're streaming to twitch, an output resolution no higher than 1280x720, 30fps, 2000kbit video bitrate.
